The client can cancel the retainer in any month. ## How work starts: AI Opportunity Mapping Two weeks, from the first session to a written plan with use cases ranked for each department. Mapping uses sample data, so no real company data is needed. Terms are agreed on a call and depend on what is built afterwards. Everything built before the pilot is the client's to keep, with no lock-in. ## Case studies Trellis Work does not name its clients. - A Saudi company with field teams on remote sites: a portal replacing paper overtime and food allowance claims, with GPS-verified submissions, an offline path for remote sites, automatic monthly totals and a full audit trail. In daily use since 15 February 2026. - A US medical device company with its manufacturer in Germany: an agent that reads each order email and produces the purchase order, so nobody re-types orders. - A Saudi business setup firm: an admin dashboard for client follow-up, an employee tracking system, and a Claude rollout on role-based tracks, finance included. ## Three ways Trellis Work takes work off a team The work falls under three names. Under Smarter Employee, the client's people keep the judgement and the agent takes the rest. Under Faster Processes, the agent chases an approver or a supplier who goes quiet. Under Transformational Products, Trellis Work builds a product and keeps shipping it, as a software factory on a monthly retainer. ## Agents Each agent is adapted to the client's company and built into the systems it already runs. Then it tracks spend per team and sets budget alerts. ## Compared with a large consultancy or a hire Trellis Work delivers a written plan in two weeks and builds the system itself, from mapping to go-live. A proof of concept runs on the client's systems before the client agrees terms for the build. After go-live, Trellis Work operates the system.
